Will my existing reservation remain valid
Yes, your reservation will remain valid, and we look forward to welcoming you.
Will my booking be automatically transferred to the new owner?
Yes, nothing will change for your stay. You are and will remain very welcome at our familiar park, with the same service you are used to from us.
Are my arrival or departure dates changing?
No, all reservations remain unchanged
Can my reservation still be changed?
This is possible under the standard conditions. For this, you can contact De Schatberg at info@schatberg.nl or by phone at 077 - 467 77 77.
Am I entitled to compensation for changes?
Basically, there are no changes from De Schatberg's side. If you wish to make changes yourself, the standard terms and conditions will apply
Will my special requests (e.g. accommodation preference) remain in place?
All bookings will be honored, including any preferences associated with them.
Payments
Will my payments already made remain valid?
Yes, your payments already made will remain valid. Existing agreements and obligations will be carefully respected, so you can continue to use the holiday park with peace of mind.
What will happen to my deposit?
Your deposit will remain fully valid, and your reservation will be retained
Will the prices of my booking change?
No, the prices of your booking will remain unchanged. The agreements you have made, including the price, will be respected as they are, so you know exactly where you stand
Will I get a refund if I cancel after the takeover?
In case of cancellation, the standard cancellation terms and conditions will remain in effect and will be applied without changes

Will my booked accommodation remain the same?
Yes, your booked accommodation will remain the same. Your reservation will be respected, so you can enjoy your stay as planned without any worries
Cancellation & changes
Can I cancel for free because of the takeover?
No, the takeover does not change the cancellation terms and conditions. The standard cancellation terms remain in effect and are applied without changes
What if I do not agree with the new situation?
That would be very unfortunate, as we would like to emphasize that existing agreements and rights remain fully protected.
Cancelling your stay is only possible in accordance with the original cancellation terms and condition
Privacy
Will my personal data be transferred to the new owner?
Yes, your data will be securely and confidentially transferred to RCN. This is done solely in order to correctly continue your reservation and agreements, so that your stay proceeds without any issues.
Additional questions
Will the address or contact details change?
No, the address and contact details will remain the same. You can therefore continue to reach the park as usual, without needing to make any changes
Will any added extras (such as bike rental, breakfast, etc.) still remain valid?
Yes, all booked additional extras will remain valid. You can continue to use the extras you have reserved without any worries, so your stay will proceed exactly as planned.
